- According to CATO’s Freedom Index, Libya is ranked 156 out of 162 countries ranked in human freedom measures, with zero rank change from 2017-2018. Furthermore, the Index indicates Libya has a personal freedom score of 4.93 a category including but not limited to Freedom of assembly, association, freedom of religion, etc.
- The Index also reported Libya having an economic freedom score of 4.72 a category including but not limited to money growth, the legal system of property, size of government, etc.
