Freedom of Assembly and Association

Everyone has the right to freedom of peaceful assembly and association. No one may be compelled to belong to an association.

As defined under Article 20  of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. And within the confines of the law.

Freedom of Expression

Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers.

To exclude irresponsible and/ false speech that can cause breach of the peace or cause violence. As defined under Article 19 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. And within the confines of the law.

Freedom of Education

Everyone has the right to education. Education shall be free, at least in the elementary and fundamental stages. Elementary education shall be compulsory. Technical and professional education shall be made generally available and higher education shall be equally accessible to all on the basis of merit.

As defined under Article 26  of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. And within the confines of the law.
